Dear Art Lovers, Art Managers, Communicators, Innovators, Risk-takers, and Community Engagers,

RLT (Riga Last Thursdays) is currently seeking a dynamic and passionate Project Manager to join our team. This vital role will involve overseeing project succession, day-to-day management, communication, marketing efforts, and forging new partnerships.


Working with the M/Gallery team, you will have the exciting opportunity to put on your creative leader hat and steer the project towards a promising future. We believe that the right candidate will play a crucial role in driving our initiatives to new heights.


The responsibilities for this position include:

  • Commitment: The role requires availability for 2/3 days a week, with a more intensive commitment of 4/5 days one week before RLT events.

  • Communication: You will be responsible for maintaining effective communication with galleries, artists, and partners.

  • Marketing: Creating graphic design materials for posts, stories, and posters. Don't worry; we will provide existing templates to guide and assist you.

  • Social Media: Planning, posting, and scheduling content across our social media platforms.

  • Language Proficiency: Being proficient in both Latvian and English is essential for effective communication.

  • Website Management (Wix): Updating the main page, creating new pages, and having knowledge of SEO (desirable).

  • Partnership Management: Collaborating with our sponsors and partners to ensure smooth cooperation.

  • Project Understanding: A deep understanding of the project's goals and vision for growth is crucial, as well as a genuine interest in community building.


You will primarily work independently, while receiving guidance and creative support from the M/Gallery team.
