Riga Last Thursdays is taking a break in December.
We are very proud of the last three months we have been running. Starting with our first event in September 2021, we have seen 16 contemporary art galleries in Riga come together for the first time in one "gallery night" in order to showcase their exhibitions to you in the late hours.
We would like to thank all of the galleries for curating fantastic experiences available for free, including workshops, DJ nights, open bars, artist talks, and more. Thank you 427 gallery, Ag, Aminori, Brīvība, DOM galerija, ISSP, Kim?, LOOK, Low gallery, M/Gallery, Galerija "Māksla XO", MASA, Neoklasika, PILOT, Rīgas Austākā Galerija, Tu jau zini Kur.
Not without small hiccups, aka the pandemic, we have also managed to coordinate the very first Digital Gallery Crawl in October, which allowed us all to go for a cultural exploration from the comfort of our homes (P.S. the page is still available).
And, most of all, thank you, the visitors, for exploring with us, sharing, and tagging on social media. We are looking forward to seeing you again on the 27th of January 2022.
