We are so grateful to those who joined us at M/Gallery to celebrate our first Birthday, as well as all the galleries that make our Thursday nights possible and exciting!
Those who were not there with us, we still want to share our 1-year experience with you.
In the course of this year, we have involved 28 galleries and art spaces, our event in September 2022 alone reached more than 9000 people on Facebook. On social media, we have gained 2000+ followers combined on Instagram and Facebook - do follow us, so we can continue growing with art together. (@rigalastthursdays)
Our goal is to keep on being a free event for people of all ages, be a platform that promotes the growth of galleries and artists, and to provide new opportunities to Riga's cultural spaces both locally and internationally.
We want to send a huge thank you to our supporters - Rīgas Dome, VKKF, and M/Darbnīca, as well as welcome our new friend BALCIA insurance.
Over the course of the evening we asked for some feedback from you all, which is now giving us even more energy to continue what we are doing! Don't you worry - surprises are coming. See you on 27th October for the 13th edition of Riga Last Thursdays.
