LV: Azuolas Aukstuolis "Antidote: 2.0" [Tikšanās ar mākslinieku] [Performance plkst. 19:00] [Tūre ar kuratoru pēc pieprasījuma]

MASA kultūrtelpā 25.maijā 2023.gadā 19:00 notiks lietuviešu mākslinieka Azuolas Aukstuolis performance “Antidote 2.0”.

Mūsdienu sabiedrība saskaras ar postošu slimību – depresiju, kuru nav iespējams izārstēt pat laikmetā, kad cilvēcei ir vairāk iespējas kā nekad. Lai pievērst uzmanību aktuālai problēmai un veicinātu izpratni par psihiskiem traucējumiem, mākslinieks metaforiski ļauj depresijai sevi “izmantot”, lai palīdzētu iegūt pretlīdzekli no tās. 

• Pasākuma gaitā notiks klusā mākslas darbu izsole.

• Performance ietver miesas bojājumu nodarīšanu. Īpaši jūtīgie cilvēki, lūdzu, apsveriet iespēju neapmeklēt pasākumu, bērniem ir atļauts nākt tikai pieaugušo pavadībā.

A performance “Antidote 2.0” by Lithuanian artist Azuolas Aukstuolis will be held at MASA cultural space on May 25 2023 at 19:00.

Modern-day society faces a devastating illness – depression, which cannot be completely cured even in the age where humanity has more opportunities than ever. The performance aims to raise awareness of mental disorders by metaphorically letting the artist be "consumed" by depression to gain the antidote for others. 

- A silent auction of artist’s artworks will take place during the event.

- The performance involves the infliction of bodily harm. Sensitive people, please consider not attending the event, children are allowed to enter only if accompanied by an adult.
