LV: Annemarija Gulbe "Izaicinājums pārmantojamībai"

Jaunākajā mākslinieces Annemarijas Gulbes izstādē aktualizēts jautājumus par latviskas identitātes komponentiem, nostalģiskām rutīnas darbībām virtuvē, amatu un zināšanu pārmantojamību no paaudzes paaudzē, viena reģiona vai valsts ietvaros. Caur jaundarbiem tiek izzināta aizrautība par citviet šķietami nenozīmīgu detaļu un produktu unikalitātes ierasto prezentāciju sabiedrībā. 

Apmeklētājs ir aicināts pieredzēt akciju, kuras ietvaros Annemarija būs klātesoša teju ik dienu, veidojot telpu sarunai par to, kā ierastais, kurā esam piedzimuši vai iedzīvojušies var spēt noteikt to, kādi mēs esam, ar ko nodarbojamies, no kā pārtiekam un kāda nozīme priekšteču izkopto zināšanu un prasmju patriotiskai praktizēšanai. 

Izvēlētie objekti, attēli, video fragmenti un rudzu miltu izstrādājumi, to regulārā raudzēšana, gatavošana un ievietošana skatlogā kļūst par iemeslu saldskābi rūgtenas pēcgaršas analīzei un tai piemītošās estētikas baudīšanai.

Artist through the nostalgic kitchen routines and heritability of the skills & knowledge from the previous generations within the framework of one region or country will spotlight the questions about the components of Latvian identity. There'll be accented usual passion for presenting the details and products that are presumably insignificant elsewhere. 



During the exhibition, visitors are invited to experience authors presence in the gallery to create a space for a daily conversation about how the habits, in which we were born or settled down, apparently determine who we are, what we do, what we do for a living and what we consume? Where are the meanings of practicing knowledge and skills gathered by the ancestors so patriotically?

Selected objects, images, video fragments, regular fermentation and preparation of the rye flour products as well the displaying of the bread in the gallery window – vitrine is becoming an excuse to analyse this sweet–sour aftertaste bitterness and enjoy the pleasure of these aesthetics.

On 23.02.23 the exhibition will be open until 21.00.
